Observable event emitted by the kernel.

causationId?	readonly	string	(Optional) Earlier event that directly caused this event.
correlationId	readonly	string	Root trace identity shared by every event in a turn.
data	readonly	T	Sanitized event-specific payload.
id	readonly	string	Globally unique event identity supplied by the kernel ID generator.
occurredAt	readonly	string	ISO timestamp supplied by the kernel clock.
sequence	readonly	number	Monotonically increasing position within the turn.
stepId?	readonly	StepId	(Optional) Plan branch associated with the event, when applicable.
threadId	readonly	ThreadId	Conversation thread that owns the event.
turnId	readonly	TurnId	Turn that owns the event.
type	readonly	string	Stable event name such as plan.created or capability.event.
version	readonly	number	Payload contract version for independent event evolution.
